Full plastic PE tanks are made from polyethylene (PE) and are formed using a special process called rotational molding. These plastic PE tanks offer numerous advantages, including no welding, no leakage, lightweight, resistance to aging and impact, corrosion resistance, tolerance to extreme cold, long lifespan, and resistance to acids and alkalis. However, there are also limitations, primarily that the shape, size, and orientation of the pipe openings cannot be arbitrarily changed, as they require specific molds for production.
