Adhesive Inspection, RefurbishmentYou can use 8 frequencies in a single scan. Enhanced features for adhesive inspection C-Scan Imaging. Can drive up to 8 different frequencies simultaneously. Performance in calculating defect size. Increased the Proof of Delivery (POD) detection rate. Phase/Ampitude Display Mode Important Notice Detection Method and BoThe ndMaster 1000e+ instrument is identical, as both instruments use the same probe. Design supports one-to-one probe. We require a dual-axis encoder scanner for C-scan generation. Advanced Composite Material Testing Olympus is proud to introduce the new adhesive inspection OmniScan solution: This is undoubtedly a significant advancement in the composite material inspection industry. Now, obtaining easily interpretable C-scan images with portable instruments is a reality. This OmniScan solution is not only highly suitable for delamination detection in cellular structure composites but also capable of accurately detecting delamination defects. Designed primarily for in-service inspections in the aerospace industry, this solution is also applicable to inspections in manufacturing sectors, including the automotive and shipbuilding industries, such as inspecting composite hulls. Customers who already own an OmniScan ECA or ECT module only need to order the standard BondMaster probe (P14 and SPO-5629) and the BondMaster cable to have the complete set of equipment required for the solution. We've specially developed the MXB software for composite material testing; its new features, such as the wizard and standardization, help maintain simplicity in operation. Coding System: Any dual-axis encoder scanner can be used to inspect workpieces. Olympus offers two options: the GLIDER scanner, suitable for scanning flat or slightly curved surfaces; and the WING scanner, specifically designed for scanning curved workpieces such as aircraft fuselages. This scanner can even operate in an inverted state thanks to its Venturi vacuum suction cup system. To enhance its versatility, a handheld single-axis encoder scanner with a step encoder can also be compatible with this system. Olympus continues to innovate with a new screen data display method. For each C-scan, operators have two viewing options: Amplitude C-scan, which displays color changes based on signal amplitude without considering phase, allowing for clear and effective detection of delamination defects; Phase C-scan, which uses a color palette from 0° to 360° to show phase angle changes, aiding in easily distinguishing different types of defect indications, such as: oil paste filling (repair) areas or layered defects. Phase C scan, cursor located above the potting repair area Low-frequency scan; Amplitude C scan, cursor over debonding defect High-frequency scan; Phase C scan, different color palettes High-frequency scan; Phase C scan, cursor over delamination defect, defect size Evaluation feature Two C-Scan Views Full-Screen C-Scan View Equipment required This solution offers two different configurations: manual and semi-automatic, both requiring the following standard components. Standard Components OmniScan MX和ECA/ECT模块 MXB软件 用于连接OmniScan仪器的BondMaster探头适配器 Semi-automatic configuration Dual-axis scanner SPO-5629-PHV probe with ACIX1520 probe bracket | S-PC-P14 probe with ACIX1519 probe bracket
