FSY Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic Submersible Pump

I. Overview of FSY and WSY Vertical Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic Submersible Pumps:

Our company produces two types of pumps: WSY and FSY. 1. The WSY pump is a vertical glass fiber reinforced plastic submersible vortex pump. 2. The FSY pump is also a vertical glass fiber reinforced plastic submersible pump, which can be designed with a submersion depth of 800mm to 3000mm depending on the length of the tank or reservoir. As long as the liquid level is above the pump, it can start and transfer without needing to fill the pump. A leak hole is provided under the flat cover plate to prevent any liquid from leaking outside the tank.

The components of this pump that come into contact with the medium are phenolic glass fiber reinforced plastics, molded from modified phenolic resins under high temperature pressing. The connecting pipes and discharge pipes are made using a semi-dry winding process with phenolic glass steel tubes. The assembly of the impeller shaft sleeve is bonded together using phenolic mortar and the pump shaft. All parts below the liquid level are assembled with phenolic mortar. There is no metal contact with the medium when immersed in the liquid, offering reliable corrosion resistance. The product boasts excellent properties such as lightweight, non-deformable, heat-resistant, and corrosion-resistant. It can partially replace expensive metals like molybdenum-stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys in corrosion prevention applications.

The glass-fiber reinforced submersible pump operates in transmission and rotation direction: The pump is directly driven by the motor through a claw-type elastic coupling, with the pump rotating in a clockwise direction when viewed from the motor end.

III. Features of FSY and WSY Vertical Glass-Fiber Reinforced Plastic Submersible Pumps:

The product boasts excellent properties such as light weight, non-deforming, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance, and can partially replace expensive metals like molybdenum-stainless steel, titanium, and titanium alloys in corrosion prevention.
