IV. Structure

The electric pressure test pump operates with the power of an electric motor, consisting of the motor, high-pressure cylinder, control valve, pump body, switch, pressure gauge, and more.

V. Working Principle

The DSY series electric pressure test pump is directly driven by the motor, with both high and low-pressure cylinders working simultaneously. The low-pressure medium passes through a one-way valve to the high-pressure area. When the pressure exceeds 1.5MPA, the low-pressure overflow valve operates, returning the medium to the water tank. When the high-pressure pressure rises to the set pressure, the high-pressure overflow valve operates to provide protection.

Six. Usage Steps

Check the water level in the tank, connect the power supply.

Tighten the handwheel switch clockwise

Press the start button, the motor operates. When the pressure gauge pointer exceeds 1.5MPA, the electric test pump's low-pressure cylinder automatically relieves pressure, the high-pressure cylinder also relieves pressure, and the pressure will not rise further.
