1. The QJ type submersible pump unit consists of four main parts: the pump, submersible motor (including cable), water conveyance pipe, and control switch.

Submersible pump is a single-suction multi-stage vertical centrifugal pump: the submersible motor is a sealed, water-filled, vertical three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor, directly connected to the pump via a claw-type or single-shaft sleeve coupling; equipped with cables of various specifications; the starting equipment includes different capacity-grade air circuit breakers and self-energizing starters; the water supply pipe is made of steel pipes of different diameters, connected with flanges; high-head electric pumps use gate valves for control.

7. Pump previously used for deep wells containing silt and sand should be flushed clean with clear water before shutdown.
