Section 2: Key Features of SPG Series Shielded Pumps

1. The SPG type shielded pump, due to its zero leakage guarantee, is suitable for transporting harmful and expensive liquids that are prone to leakage to both humans, the environment, and equipment.

2. Non-venting, suitable for vacuum systems and conveying liquids that deteriorate upon contact with air.

3. Oil-free seal design for reliable conveyance of high-temperature, high-pressure, low-temperature, and temperature-pressure varying fluids that are typically difficult to pump.

4. The bearings are self-lubricated with the conveying fluid, eliminating the need for additional lubricant. This ensures no contamination of the conveying fluid and eliminates the hassle of regular oiling.

Section 3: Operating Conditions for SPG Series Shielded Pumps

4. The SPG shielding pump system pressure is 1.6 MPa, meaning the pump's suction pressure + head height ≤ 1.6 MPa. If above 1.6 MPa, please specify at the time of ordering.

5. The electric pump has a rated frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 380V, utilizing full voltage direct start. The electric pump housing has an IP54 protection rating and an F-grade insulation level.

6. The electric pump rotates in a clockwise direction when viewed from the shaft end.

7. Explosion-proof types are designed according to the specification of GB 3836.12, with explosion-proof ratings EXd II.BT3 and EXd II.BT4.
