High Mast Lamps: Generally refer to a new type of lighting device composed of steel pole-type lamps over 15 meters tall and high-power combination lamp brackets. It consists of the lamp head, internal lighting electrical equipment, the pole body, and the foundation. The design of the lamp head can be customized according to user requirements, surrounding environment, and lighting needs; the internal lighting is often composed of floodlights and spotlights.
The poles are octagonal or dodecagonal tapered rods, made of high-strength, high-quality steel plate, which is cut, bent, and automatically welded to form. Available in heights of 2.5, 3.0, and 3.5 meters, the design can withstand wind speeds up to 60 meters per second. Each specification is composed of 3 to 4 sections for connection. They are paired with a steel base plate with a diameter of 1 to 1.2 meters and thickness ranging from 30 to 40 mm.
2. The product focuses on functional framework structures, with decorative materials primarily made of steel pipes and tubes. The lamp posts and lamp disks are treated with hot-dip galvanizing.
3. The electric lifting system is composed of an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dipped galvanized steel wire ropes, and cables, etc. It is installed within the lamp post body and features a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.
4. The guidance and unload system is composed of guide wheels and guide arms, ensuring that the light panel does not move horizontally during the lifting process. It guarantees that the light panel can be automatically detached and locked by a hook when it reaches the top position.
5. The lighting system features 6—2 4 lamps of 400w to 1000w halogen (white light), spotlights, and floodlights. The computerized timer controller can automatically control the lighting and switching times, as well as control part or full lighting.
6. Lightning Protection System: A 1.5-meter-long lightning rod is installed on the top of the lamp, and a 1-meter-long grounding wire is buried in the foundation and welded to the underground bolts.
At the rectangular cavity at the base of the telescopic high mast light, in addition to the electrical control system, the lifting system including the motor is also installed. The electrical control system is housed within the light pole to prevent malfunctions in the lifting movement due to harsh outdoor conditions. The system is equipped with various circuit overload protection devices. The conductors in the system circuits are widely made of copper-based silver-plated materials to ensure good electrical contact. The lifting system of the telescopic high mast light is driven by the motor, (electromagnetic brake) worm gear reducer, safety coupling, main steel wire rope, auxiliary steel wire rope, rope separator, and movable pulley assembly to lift or lower the light disc. The worm gear reducer has strong self-locking ability, compact transmission, and a high transmission ratio. To reduce the speed of the worm and worm speed ratio and decrease the lifting torque, an additional set of movable pulleys is specially added to make the lifting speed of the light disc less than 0.2 meters per second. The main steel wire rope is connected to the auxiliary steel wire rope of the light disc through a rope separator to prevent the auxiliary steel wire from winding due to the stretching of the main steel wire. Both the main and auxiliary steel wire ropes are made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant 6*19 type non-rotating galvanized steel wire ropes. The lifting and lowering movement of the light disc are achieved by changing the direction of rotation of the motor. For safety and theft prevention, the rectangular cavity is equipped with a sealed door, which is fitted with a special door lock.
