1 Low Noise

The product is equipped with a high-quality, low-noise, multi-way valve featuring proportional characteristics, which can effectively eliminate fluid impact noise during hydraulic directional changes, thus improving the disturbance issues caused by current waste collection vehicle products during operation.

2 Good vehicle sealing performance

Equipped with an independent locking hook, the compactor is securely locked in place. The sealing strip at the rear face of the waste bin and the mating surface of the compactor remains compressed at all times, ensuring a good seal between the compactor and the waste bin. A double-peak sealing structure is adopted, utilizing double-sealing technology between the waste bin and the compactor to effectively prevent secondary contamination.

High safety level for sanitation workers during operations

High safety standards are required. The trash bin side should be equipped with a safety support rod to prevent accidental operation after the filling device is lifted, which could threaten personal safety. The product should be fitted with an alarm system to alert operators to exercise caution during safety-related operations. A safety support rod should be installed on the filling device to prevent injury from its descent. Safety labels should be affixed to the product to guide operators in safe operation.
