Galvanized Steel Mesh Coating: Polyethylene Thermoplastic Powder Coating, also known as Polyethylene Powder Resin Coating, is a corrosion-resistant powder coating produced by adding various functional additives and colorants to high-pressure polyethylene (LDPE) as the base material. The electrostatically applied coating film exhibits excellent chemical resistance, resistance to aging, impact, bending, acid, and salt spray corrosion, as well as good surface decorative properties.
Galvanized Reinforcement Mesh: Galvanizing is a surface treatment technique that involves applying a layer of zinc to the surface of metal, alloys, or other materials for aesthetic and corrosion-resistant purposes. The primary method currently used is hot-dip galvanizing.
Galvanized solution is categorized into two types: Qinghua Compound Plating Solution and Non-Qinghua Plating Solution. The Qinghua Compound Plating Solution is further divided into micro-Qing, low-Qing, medium-Qing, and high-Qing categories. Non-Qinghua Plating Solutions include alkaline zincate, ammonium salt, sulfate, and ammonia-free Qinghua Compound solutions. Qinghua镀 zinc solutions offer good plating ability, resulting in smooth and fine coatings, and are widely used in production.
Galvanized Steel Mesh Coating: The chrome coating has high hardness, which can vary within a wide range of 400-1200HV depending on the composition of the plating solution and the process conditions. The chrome coating exhibits good heat resistance; below 500°C, there is no significant change in luster or hardness. Oxidation and color change begin at temperatures above 500°C, and hardness starts to decrease above 700°C. The friction coefficient of the chrome coating is low, particularly for dry friction, making it one of the lowest among all metals. Therefore, the chrome coating offers excellent wear resistance.
Galvanized Reinforcement Mesh: Electrostatic powder coating, commonly known as "喷塑," is a process that utilizes a static generator to charge the plastic powder, which then adheres to the surface of iron sheets or other products. After that, the coated products are baked at temperatures ranging from 180 to 220 degrees Celsius, causing the powder to melt and adhere to the metal or other objects. Electrostatic powder coating is widely used for indoor enclosures, where the finish can be either glossy or matte. The main types of powder used include acrylic powder and polyester powder.
