(2) Saves a significant amount of valuable and rare metal materials used in the manufacturing of thermocouples. (3) Using compensating conductors facilitates installation and laying of the wiring. (4) Replacing thermocouple wires with thicker diameters and higher conductivity compensation wires can reduce the resistance in the thermocouple circuit, benefiting measurement and automatic control. When using compensating wires, please note the following points: (1) Various compensation wires can only be used with the corresponding thermocouple models. This means that the thermoelectric properties of the various thermocouples and their corresponding compensation wires must be identical within the specified temperature range (0~100℃). (2) The temperature at the compensation wire and thermocouple connection point must not exceed the specified operating temperature. (3) When compensating wires and thermocouples are connected to instruments, the positive and negative poles must not be reversed, and the two pairs of connection points must be at the same temperature. (4) Select the wire diameter of the compensating cable based on the circuit resistance requirements of the instrument to be matched.
