(2) Save a substantial amount of valuable and rare metal materials used in manufacturing thermoelectric electrodes. (3) The use of compensating wires facilitates installation and laying of the cables. (4) Replacing thermocouple wires with thicker diameters and higher conductivity can reduce the resistance in the thermocouple circuit, benefiting measurement and automatic control. When using compensating conductors, please note the following points: (1) Various compensating wires can only be used with their corresponding thermocouple models. This means that the thermoelectric properties of the thermocouples and their matching compensating wires must be identical within the specified temperature range (0~100℃). (2) The temperature at the compensation wire and thermocouple connection point must not exceed the specified operating temperature. (3) When compensating wires and thermocouples are connected to instruments, the positive and negative poles must not be reversed, and the two pairs of connection points must be at the same temperature. (4) Select the wire diameter of the compensating cable based on the line resistance requirements of the instrument to be paired.
