To resolve the issue of rack deformation, first check if the ground screws of the sludge press filter equipment are tightened. Observe the direction of the rack's tilt and bend, align the filter plates towards the stopback plate, and if the beam bends to the left, leave fifteen to twenty filter plates at a 45-degree angle at the bend. Arrange the remaining filter plates neatly towards the clamping plate end. Then, push the 45-degree angle filter plates to the right, paying attention to pressure control, and release the filter plates once the balance point is reached.

Operation Process for Maintenance of Server Racks:

Shut down sludge supply pump.

Next, allow the filter press to run for at least 20 minutes. During operation, the filter cloth washing pump and sludge conveying equipment should also continue to run until the residual sludge can be completely removed and the filter cloth is cleaned.

After confirming that the sludge cake has completely detached from the equipment, clean the filter cloth and roller, then turn off the washing pump and the sludge cake conveying device.

After ceasing operation, if there is a prolonged period of inactivity, please relax the filter cloth tension. (Do not forget to adjust the filter cloth tension before restarting the machine.)
