Vibration Transmitter SDJ-9L/SDJ-9B

SDJ-9B and 9L vibration transmitters are paired with SG-2 sensors for measuring the bearing housing vibration of rotating machinery. These transmitters are compact, high-precision, and easy to install. The power supply for the transmitter is DC24V, suitable for online measurement of vibration amplitude and intensity. The standard output current is 4-20mA, making it convenient for connection to a computer DCS system. Customers can choose according to their actual usage. If required, our factory can provide an AC220V to DC24V regulated power supply.

Section 3: Installation and Usage
Vibration transmitters should be installed in clean, dry environments with temperatures ranging from -25 to 45°C, free from corrosive gases. They are not suitable for installation in areas with strong electric fields, magnetic interference, intense shocks, or vibrations. The SDJ-9B and 9L models of vibration transmitters should be mounted inside a local instrument cabinet or junction box. A shielded cable must be used for the connection wire between the sensor and the transmitter; a two-core SBWP3×16/0.15 shielded cable (for reference only) can be used. Connect the sensor's positive (red) and negative (black) wires to the transmitter's input terminals 1 and 2, respectively. Connect the other end of the shielded wire to the transmitter's terminal 3 and ground. The mesh shield at one end of the sensor should be floating. The transmitter's 4-20mA current output corresponds to the full scale. When multiple transmitters' current output signals are connected to the "DCS" system, the "COM" common terminal can be connected together and directly fed into the "DCS" system.

Sensor Installation:
1. The SG-2 sensor features a sealed structure with an integrated protective cover. It does not require an additional outer cover in most environments except for those with exceptionally high temperatures.
2. Installation Location: Ideally, install in positions where vibration occurs during normal operation. On the top of the installed cover, tap an M10×1.5mm standard coarse thread, with a depth of 10mm. Secure the sensor to the measurement point using the M10×1.5mm twin-head screw at the bottom of the sensor. The sensor must be kept level during installation.

Horizontal or vertical orientation to ensure proper sensor operation.
3. The sensor shielding layer is grounded at one end. The shielding layer should be suspended and not connected to any part of the sensor, including the housing. This effectively prevents interference with the sensor.
4. During installation, pay attention to the connection of the sensor plug-in to avoid the wire being strongly twisted or impacted.
