Product Features:
Early strength, high strength: compressive strength of 30-50 MPa can be reached within 1-3 days.
2. High fluidity: capable of filling all voids, meeting the requirements for secondary grouting of equipment.
3. Tensile Expansion: Ensures tight contact between the equipment and foundation, no shrinkage after secondary grouting. High bonding strength, with grip force of round steel not less than 6 Mpa.
4. Suitable for winter construction: Outdoor work is permitted at temperatures as low as -10℃.
5. Durable: This product is an inorganic binder material with a service life longer than that of conventional concrete. After millions of fatigue tests and 50 freeze-thaw cycles, there is no significant change in strength. The strength is notably improved after soaking in engine oil for 30 days.
Product Usage:
1. Suitable for equipment foundation grouting, such as machine bases and anchor bolts.
2. Reinforcement, emergency repairs, and strengthening of building beams, slabs, columns, foundations, ground levels, and roads.
3. Anchor and reinforce foundation bolts and rebar.
4. Embedment of construction joints in tunneling and underground projects.
5. And secondary grouting for the fixed connections of steel structures (rails, frames, columns, etc.) to foundations.
Recommended Dosage:
Based on the reference dosage calculation of 2.28 to 2.4 tons per cubic meter, calculate the actual usage amount.
It is precisely because the grouting material has a high strength, far exceeding that of cement, and alters the shrinkage characteristics of cement during curing, that it is termed as high-strength, non-shrink grouting material!
Grouting materials, such as those not as good as CGM Grouting Material, DGM, High Strength Non-Shrink Grouting Material, etc., are determined according to the standards of different architectural research institutes. This does not represent the quality of the products, and specific usage requires testing.
How to Construct:
1. Prepare mixers, grouting equipment, molds, and maintenance materials. Clean the grouting area and pre-wet the concrete surface.
2. Set up formwork and seal the joints with cement (sand) mortar and plastic tape to ensure no leakage or mortar seepage.
3. Add water at 12-15% of the slurry weight and mix (mechanical mixing for 2-3 minutes, manual mixing for over 5 minutes).
4. Pour the well-mixed grout from one direction into the grouting area. Use bamboo sticks or steel rods for guidance if necessary, and gently vibrate or tap the formwork as needed.
5. After completion of construction, immediately cover with a plastic film and then cover with straw mats or cotton blankets for 3-7 days of damp curing.
