3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, sliding cores, ejector pins, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product rational modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.

4. Provide CAD assembly drawings and UG assembly drawings; prepare BOM for 0 piece order.

5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with teachers organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:

I. Basic Courses:

2. Flat Milling: Know the application, classification, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters and mastery

3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces, learn to choose the right tools reasonably when the workpiece sizes vary. Cavity milling generally uses a cutting method that follows the periphery, with emphasis on setting and mastering the main parameters.

4. Re-clearing corners with cavity milling: Primarily for processing the excess material left after rough cutting with the upper tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.

5. Equal Contour Milling: Often used for precision finishing on workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable tool based on the size of the R-angle at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanations, and combined with topic exercises.

6. Contour Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece contours, usually opting for ball-end mills for contour milling. Focuses on setting and mastering the main parameters, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.

7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

Section 3: Factory Case Study:

1. Electrode Processing: Gain proficiency through multiple electrode instance demonstrations and practice, mastering the electrode processing and fixture procedures. Pay attention to the key points for processing special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.

2. Molding Frame Processing: Proficient in molding frame processing techniques, experienced in handling oversized molding frames.

3. Molding Core Machining: Understanding of common molding core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for molding cores, and precautions during the machining of mating surfaces on front and back cores.
