UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:

2. 3D software command explanation, product design, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standard explanation, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.

3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, tilting cores, sliding blocks, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product rational modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.

4. Provide CAD drawings for mold components and UG drawings for mold components; prepare BOM with 0 pieces for ordering.

5. Comprehensive training with reinforcement, where students design according to the factory's design process, with the instructor organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:

I. Basic Courses:

1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Instance Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Tutorial 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding

Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module

1. Surface Milling: Know the application, cutting method, and main parameter settings for surface milling.

2. Flat Milling: Know the application scenarios, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters and mastery

3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces, learning to reasonably choose cutting tools when the workpiece sizes vary. Cavity milling typically employs a following-the-contour cutting method, with emphasis on setting and mastering the main parameters.

4. Reaming the mold cavity again: Mainly for processing the excess material left after roughing with the upper tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.

5. Level contour milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-angle at the bottom of the workpiece. Setting and mastering the main parameters, example explanation, and combined with topic exercises.

6. Contour Milling: Often used for the precise finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically with ball-end mills. Focuses on the setup and mastery of key parameters, with example problems explained and combined with practical exercises.

7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

III. Factory Case Studies:

1. Electrode Processing: Gain proficiency through multiple electrode instance demonstrations and practice in mastering the electrode processing and fixture techniques, with special attention to processing tips for unique electrodes such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.

2. Mold Frame Machining: Proficient in mold frame machining techniques, experienced in handling large-scale mold frames.

3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding of common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for mold cores, and precautions during the machining of mating surfaces for front and back mold cores.

4. Full Mold Processing: Mastering the precautions for the full mold processing, combining the common processing flow of molds in the factory and the processing department.

5. Product Processing: Precautions and parameter settings during product processing.

Completing the learning content in this phase through full-time instruction typically takes about three months. Upon finishing our course, you'll be very familiar with the factory's operational processes and possess the experience equivalent to 2-3 years.
