1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, basic mold knowledge, machining processes, fundamental steps for assembly drawing, and the application of CAD auxiliary modules.

2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product modeling, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.

3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, tilting cores, sliding cores, pinching, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product reasonable modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.

4. CAD for mold component drawings, UG for mold component drawings; BOM table prepared with 0 piece order.

5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with teachers organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Learning Content:

I. Basic Courses:

1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (with UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Instance Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Instruction 8. Assembly and Automatic Parting

Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module

1. Face Milling: Know the applications, cutting methods, and main parameter settings for face milling

2. Planar Milling: Familiarize yourself with the applications, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setup of key parameters.

3. Cavity Milling: Often used for roughing out workpieces, learn to choose the right tooling for different sizes of workpieces. Cavity milling typically employs a following-the-contour cutting method, with focus on setting and mastering the main parameters.

4. Reaming of the mold cavity for sharp corner: Mainly for processing the leftover excess after rough cutting with the upper tool; setting and mastering of the main parameters.

5. Equal Contour Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable tool based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation and topic exercises.

6. Curved Surface Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically using ball-end mills. Main parameter settings and control, with example problem explanations and related topic exercises.

7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

Section 3: Factory Case Study:

1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode examples, practice, and mastery of the electrode processing process and fixture installation, pay attention to special points during the processing of electrodes like ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.

2. Molding Frame Processing: Proficient in molding frame processing techniques, experienced in handling oversized molding frames.

3. Molding Core Processing: Understanding of common molding core materials, knowledge of die heat treatment processes, control of excess stock before heat treatment for molding cores, and precautions during the processing of mating surfaces on the front and rear molding cores.

4. Full Mold Processing: Mastering the key points for full mold processing, combining the common processing flow of molds in the factory and the processing department.

5. Product Processing: Craftsmanship considerations and parameter settings during product processing.

The above learning content can be completed in approximately three months of full-time instruction. Upon completing our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational processes and possess 2-3 years of work experience.
