Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & CNC Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, it offers an apprentice-style, hands-on learning approach, delivering the latest and most practical techniques to meet industry demands. Our aim is to establish a high-quality mold training brand and provide resources for the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you have an interest and are willing to work hard, it can be done, even with a junior high school education! There's this saying: "Learning has no先后, the one who reaches the destination first is the winner." As long as you find a good training institution and have a good teacher guiding you, and engage in in-depth, systematic learning, mold design is also a subject that's easy to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there are molds, and as long as there are molds, there is mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management in recent years, the mold industry in our country has developed rapidly, especially in the field of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly significant. The demand for talents is increasing, and the shortage of mold design personnel in the Pearl River Delta alone is several hundred thousand. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month but still can't find suitable candidates! Now, the monthly salary for mold designers with basic training is generally above 6,000 yuan, and after one year of work, the average salary is around 8,000 yuan. After three years, the salary is generally above 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you maintain your work ability, you will never be unemployed in this lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can learning a couple of software programs make you proficient in mold design? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today, in fact, focus primarily on basic software operations without a deep understanding of the industry's technology—misleading students! Our studio is led by engineers with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Ask yourself, how many training schools would hire instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors possess the three essential skills for mold design: a. Mold mechanism, b. Software operation, c. Machining technology.
2. Our studio operates through a master-apprentice approach. Large training schools often have dozens, if not hundreds, of students, and how many can a teacher really attend to? Moreover, teachers are hired from outside; will they take the time to teach with heart and soul?
Are you still struggling to learn technology? Are you still working on an assembly line, performing repetitive, mechanical tasks? Are you still slogging through books, making things up as you go, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money; opening a design training studio offers you such a great learning opportunity and environment. You definitely shouldn't miss it!
Eligible Candidates: Motivated youth with junior or senior high school education or those engaged in the mold and machinery industry, such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold setters, etc., as well as graduates from technical schools...

Course Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, basic mold knowledge, machining processes, fundamental steps for drawing assembly drawings, and applications of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product shaping, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards, and applications of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, slide core, ejector pin, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product rational modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD and UG mold component drawings, and compile a BOM for 0-piece ordering.
5. Comprehensive enhanced training, where trainees design according to the factory's design process. The instructor organizes reviews and summarizes.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Instruction 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding
II. Basic Applications of UG Machining Module:
1. Face Milling: Know the applications, cutting methods, and main parameter settings for face milling.
2. Flat Milling: Understand the application scenarios, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, settings of main parameters, and master the techniques
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces. Learn to choose the right tooling for workpieces of different sizes. Cavity milling typically employs a following-the-contour cutting method, with focus on setting and mastering the main parameters.
4. Re-clearing angles on cavity milling: Mainly for processing the excess material left after roughing with the first set of tools; setting and mastering the main parameters.
5. Constant Contour Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting the tool, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-angle at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and topic-related exercises.
6. Curved Surface Milling: Often used for the precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically with ball-end mills. Focuses on setting and mastering key parameters, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

Section 3: Factory Case Study:
1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode examples, practice, and mastery, understand the electrode processing process and fixture installation. Pay attention to the key points for processing special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Mold Frame Processing: Proficient in mold frame processing techniques, experienced in handling oversized mold frames.
3. Molding Core Machining: Understanding common molding core materials, knowledge of die heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for molding cores, and precautions during the processing of mating surfaces on front and back cores.
4. Full Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions during full mold machining, combining the common processing mold procedures of the factory and the department's processing procedures.
5. Product Processing: Craft considerations and parameter settings during product processing.

Completing the learning content in the above phase through full-time instruction typically takes about three months. Upon finishing our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational procedures, possess 2-3 years of practical experience, and be capable of independently performing the role of a mold design and programming engineer. As the saying goes, 'It's better to have a skill in hand than a pile of money around your waist.' Three months of study will surely benefit you for a lifetime.
