Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & CNC Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, the studio offers a master-apprentice style, hands-on teaching approach. It caters to industry needs by imparting the latest, most practical techniques and is committed to becoming a high-quality mold training brand, providing resources for the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you're interested and willing to work hard, it's possible! There's a saying: "Learning has no先后, but those who reach the peak first." If you find a good training institution and a great teacher to guide you, and engage in in-depth and systematic study, mold design can be an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "Mother of Industries," molds offer vast development opportunities. It can be said that as long as products exist, so do molds, and as long as molds exist, so does mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of processes and management, the mold industry in our country has developed rapidly in recent years, particularly in the fields of automotive molds and export molds. The demand for talent is ongoing; in the Pearl River Delta alone, the gap in mold design personnel reaches several hundred thousand. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month but still can't find suitable talent! Currently, mold designers with ordinary training can earn more than 6,000 yuan per month, and after a year of work, most can receive salaries around 8,000 yuan. After three years, the salary is generally above 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you have the ability to work, you will never be unemployed in this lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design just by learning one or two software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today mainly focus on basic software operations, lacking understanding of the industry's technology—misleading students! Our studio is led by an engineer with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Can you name several training schools that would hire instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors have the three essential skills for mold design: a) mold mechanisms, b) software operation, c) machining processes.
2. Our studio operates through a master-apprentice system. Large training schools often have dozens, even hundreds of students, and how many can a teacher really attend to? Moreover, teachers are hired, so will they take the time to nurture your inner abilities?
Are you still struggling to learn technology? Are you still working on the assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still studying books, developing in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money on futile endeavors. Open a design training studio for you to create such a great learning opportunity and environment – one you definitely shouldn't miss!
Eligible Candidates: Aspiring youth with at least junior or senior high school education, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, molders, and technical college graduates...

Course Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, basic mold knowledge, machining processes, fundamental steps for assembly drawing, and the application of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product shaping, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards, and applications of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, slider, ejector, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product reasonable modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD mold component drawings, UG mold component drawings, and prepare a BOM with 0 pieces for ordering.
5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with teachers organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Learning Phase Content:
I. Basic Course:
1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Tutorial 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding
Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Surface Milling: Familiar with the applications, cutting methods, and main parameter settings for surface milling.
2. Flat Milling: Know the applications, classifications, cutting paths for different workpieces, main parameter settings, and mastery of flat milling
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing work on parts. Learn to choose the right tools appropriately for parts of different sizes. Cavity milling generally uses a following-the-contour cutting method, with the main parameters' setup and mastery.
4. Re-clearing corners with mold milling: Primarily for processing the excess material left after roughing with the first set of tools; setting and mastering the main parameters.
5. Equal Contour Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable tool based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and combined with topic exercises.
6. Contour Milling: Often used for the precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, usually with ball-end mills. Focuses on the setup and control of key parameters, with example problems explained and combined with practical exercises.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

Section 3: Factory Case Study:
1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode examples and practice, master the electrode processing and clamping procedures. Pay attention to the processing points for special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Mold Frame Machining: Proficient in mold frame machining processes, experienced in handling oversized mold frames.
3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of excess material before heat treatment for mold cores, and precautions when machining the mating surfaces of front and back mold cores.
4. Full Mold Processing: Mastering the precautions for full mold processing, combining the common processing mold procedures of the factory and the processing department.
5. Product Processing: Notes on processing techniques and parameter settings.

The above learning content can be completed in approximately three months of full-time instruction. Upon completing our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational processes and possess the experience equivalent to 2-3 years. You will be able to independently perform the duties of a mold design and programming engineer. As the saying goes, "Being rich is not as good as having a skill in hand." Three months of study will surely benefit you for a lifetime.
