Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training, taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience. We offer hands-on, apprentice-style teaching, delivering the latest and most practical technologies to meet industry demands. Our aim is to establish a high-quality mold training brand and provide excellent resources to the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you're interested and willing to work hard, it's possible, even with a junior high school education! There's a saying: "Learning has no先后, but those who reach the destination first are the winners." As long as you find a good training institution and a skilled teacher to guide you, and engage in in-depth and systematic study, mold design is an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there are molds, and as long as there are molds, there is mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the enhancement of processes and management in recent years, the mold industry in our country has developed rapidly, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly prominent. The demand for talents is increasing, and the shortage of mold design personnel in the Pearl River Delta area alone is several hundred thousand. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month and still can't find suitable talents! Now, the monthly salary for mold designers who have completed basic training is generally over 6,000 yuan, and after one year of work, the average monthly salary is around 8,000 yuan. After three years, the salary is generally over 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you maintain your work ability, you will never be unemployed in your lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design just by learning a couple of software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today primarily focus on basic software operations, lacking industry technical knowledge—misleading students! Our studio is led by engineers with over 15 years in the mold industry. Ask yourself, how many training schools can boast of having instructors with more than a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors have the three essential skills for mold design: a. Mold mechanisms, b. Software operation, c. Machining processes.
2. Our studio operates through a mentor-apprentice approach. Large training schools can have dozens or even hundreds of students, but how many can a teacher realistically attend to? Besides, teachers are typically hired from outside, so are they really going to pour their hearts and souls into teaching you?
Are you still struggling to learn technology? Are you still working tirelessly on the assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still slogging through textbooks, building your own isolated knowledge, or watching online videos? Stop wasting your precious time and money. Open a design training studio to create such a fantastic learning opportunity and environment for you. You definitely shouldn't miss out!
Eligible Candidates: Motivated youth, individuals with junior or senior high school education or above, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold setters, and technical college graduates.

Course Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, basic mold knowledge, machining processes, fundamental steps for drawing assembly diagrams, and the application of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product modeling, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standard explanation, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, tilting cores, sliding plates, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, rational product modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD drawings for mold loose parts and UG drawings for mold loose parts; compile BOM with 0 piece order.
5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with the instructor organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Settings (UG Sketch Example Explanation) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Instance Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Instruction 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding
II. Basic Applications of UG Machining Module:
1. Surface Milling: Be aware of the applications, cutting methods, and key parameter settings for surface milling.
2. Flat Milling: Be aware of the applications, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the settings of main parameters, and master them.
3. Cavity Milling: Often used for roughing work on parts, learn to choose the right tooling when dealing with parts of different sizes. Cavity milling typically follows the perimeter for cutting, focusing on setting and mastering key parameters.
4. Re-clearing the corners with cavity milling: Primarily focuses on processing the leftover stock after roughing with the top tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.
5. Level Contour Milling: Often used for precise finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting the tool, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Setting and mastering key parameters, example explanation, and topic-related exercises.
6. Curved Surface Milling: Often used for the precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically employing ball-end mills for curved surface milling. Focus on the setup and mastery of key parameters, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.
Section 3: Factory Examples:
1. Electrode Processing: Gain proficiency through multiple electrode examples and practice in mastering the electrode processing and fixture techniques. Pay attention to specific processing considerations for special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Mold Frame Machining: Proficient in mold frame processing techniques, experienced in handling large-scale mold frames.
3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for mold cores, and precautions when machining the mating surfaces of front and back mold cores.
4. Full Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions for full mold processing, integrating the common processing mold procedures of the factory and the department's processing procedures.
5. Product Processing: Craft considerations and parameter settings during product processing.

Completing the learning content in the above stage, which is approximately three months of full-time instruction, will enable you to be very familiar with the factory's operational procedures and possess the experience equivalent to 2-3 years. You will be ready to independently perform as a mold design programmer. As the saying goes, 'It's better to have a skill in hand than a pile of money around your waist.' Three months of study will surely benefit you for a lifetime.
