Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, the studio offers mentorship-style, hands-on instruction, delivering the latest and most practical technologies to meet industry needs. Committed to becoming a high-quality mold training brand, it provides superior resources for the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you're interested and willing to work hard, it's possible! There's a saying: "Learning has no先后, the one who reaches the destination first is the winner." As long as you find a good training institution and a great teacher to guide you, and engage in in-depth and systematic learning, mold design can also be an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds offer vast development prospects. It can be said that as long as there are products, there will be molds, and as long as there are molds, there will be mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management, China's mold industry has developed rapidly in recent years, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds. The demand for talents is constantly increasing. For example, in the Pearl River Delta region, there's a shortage of several hundred thousand mold designers. Some companies offer salaries over 10,000 yuan per month, yet they still can't find suitable talent! Currently, the starting salary for mold designers from regular training is generally above 6,000 yuan, and after one year of work, the average salary is around 8,000 yuan. After three years, the salary is typically above 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you have work abilities, you will never be unemployed in your lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design with just a few software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today focus mainly on basic software operations, lacking industry-specific technical knowledge—misleading students. Our studio is led by an engineer with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. How many training schools can claim to have instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors are well-equipped with the three essential skills for mold design: a) mold mechanism, b) software operation, c) machining technology.
2. Our studio operates through a mentor-apprentice approach. Large training schools often have dozens, even hundreds of students, and how many can a teacher really pay attention to? Besides, teachers are hired for the job; will they take the time to teach you with heart and soul?
Are you still struggling to learn a new skill? Are you still working on an assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still studying books, creating solutions in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money on futile endeavors. Open a design training studio to provide you with such a great learning opportunity and environment – you definitely don't want to miss out!
Eligible Applicants: Aspiring youth with high school or above education, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold setters, etc., as well as graduates from technical colleges...

Class Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, fundamental mold knowledge, machining processes, basic steps for assembly drawing, and the application of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product modeling, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards, and applications of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, tilting cores, sliding sleeves, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product rational modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD and UG drawings for mold components, and prepare a BOM for 0 piece order.
5. Comprehensive enhancement training, where trainees design according to the factory's design process, with instructors organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (UG Sketch Example Explanation) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Explanation 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding
Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Face Milling: Know the application of face milling, cutting methods, and the setting of main parameters, and master them.
2. Planar Milling: Understand the application scenarios, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, settings of main parameters, and master the techniques
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing work on parts. Learn to choose the right tool rationally when the part sizes vary. Cavity milling typically uses a contouring cutting method, focusing on setting and mastering the main parameters.
4. Re-clearing the corner with the cavity milling: Mainly for processing the excess material left after roughing with the upper tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.
5. Parallel contour milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable tool based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Key parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and topic-related practice.
6. Curved Surface Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, usually ball-end mills are chosen for curved surface milling. Main parameter settings and control, with example problems explained and combined with practical exercises.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.
Section 3: Factory Case Study:
1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode examples and practice, master the electrode processing process and fixture handling. Pay attention to the special points during the processing of special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Mold Frame Machining: Proficient in mold frame machining processes, experienced in handling large-scale mold frame processing.
3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding of common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for mold cores, and precautions during the processing of mating surfaces on front and back mold cores.
4. Full Mold Machining: Mastering the key considerations for the entire mold machining process, integrating the common processing flow of the factory and the department's processing flow.
5. Product Processing: Attention to processing techniques and parameter settings.

Completing the learning content in the above stage through full-time instruction typically takes about three months. Upon finishing our course, you'll be very familiar with the factory's operational processes, possess 2-3 years of practical experience, and be capable of independently performing the role of a mold design and programming engineer. As the saying goes, "A pot of gold is not as valuable as a skill in hand." Three months of study will surely benefit you for a lifetime.
