Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design and Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, the studio offers mentorship-style, hands-on training, delivering the latest and most practical techniques to meet industry demands. Our goal is to build a high-quality mold training brand and provide superior resources to the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you're interested and willing to work hard, it's possible! There's this saying: "Those who achieve first, regardless of when they start learning." With a good training institution and a skilled teacher, and through in-depth and systematic study, mold design is an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "Mother of Industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there are molds, and as long as there are molds, there is a need for mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the enhancement of technology and management in recent years, the mold industry in our country has developed rapidly, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly evident. The demand for talents is ever-growing, and the gap in Pearl River Delta for mold design personnel alone is several hundred thousand. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month but still struggle to find suitable talent! Currently, the monthly salary for mold designers who have completed ordinary training is generally above 6,000 yuan. After one year of work, the average salary is around 8,000 yuan, and after three years, the salary is generally above 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you maintain your work ability, you will never be unemployed in this lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can learning a couple of software programs make you proficient in mold design? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today primarily focus on basic software operations, lacking industry technical knowledge—misleading students! Our studio is led by engineers with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Ask yourself, how many training schools would hire instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors possess the three essential skills for mold design: a. Mold mechanism, b. Software operation, c. Machining technology.
2. Our studio operates through a mentor-apprentice approach. Large training schools often have dozens, if not hundreds, of students, but how many can a teacher realistically attend to? Moreover, teachers are usually hired, so will they take the time to nurture and teach you with their heart and soul?
Are you still struggling to learn technical skills? Are you still working on an assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still studying textbooks, building in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money! Opening a design training studio offers you such a great learning opportunity and environment – don't miss out on it!
Eligible Candidates: Aspiring young individuals, those with junior and senior high school or higher education, CNC machine operators, milling workers, mold mechanics, and other workers in the mold and machinery industry, as well as graduates from technical schools...

Class Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, fundamental mold knowledge, machining processes, basic steps for drawing assembly diagrams, and the application of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. 3D software command explanation, product modeling, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standard explanation, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold structure explanation (mold types, slide, runner, core pin, N-shot demolding, etc.), demolding steps, rational product modifications, product demolding face construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD drawings for mold components and UG drawings for mold components; prepare BOM with 0 pieces for ordering.
5. Comprehensive reinforcement training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with teachers organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Instruction 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding
II. Basic Applications of UG Machining Module:
1. Face Milling: Familiar with the application, cutting methods, and main parameter settings of face milling
2. Flat Milling: Know the application, classification, cutting methods for different workpieces, setting of main parameters, and mastery
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces, learn to choose the right tools reasonably when the workpiece sizes vary. Cavity milling typically uses a cutting path that follows the perimeter, with emphasis on setting and mastering the main parameters.
4. Re-clearing corners with cavity milling: Mainly for processing the excess material left after rough cutting with the upper tool; setting and mastering of main parameters.
5. Equal Contour Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting the tool, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and topic-related exercises.
6. Curved Surface Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically employing ball-end mills for curved surface milling. Main parameter settings and mastery, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.
III. Factory Examples:
1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode examples, practice, and mastery, learn the processing steps and fixture techniques. Pay attention to special points for processing electrodes like ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Molding Frame Processing: Proficient in molding frame processing techniques, experienced in handling oversized molding frames.
3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for mold cores, and precautions during the machining of mating surfaces for front and back mold cores.
4. Full Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions for the full mold machining process, integrating the common mold processing procedures of the factory and the department's processing procedures.
5. Product Processing: Process considerations and parameter settings during product processing.

Completing the learning content in this phase, through full-time instruction, takes approximately three months. Upon finishing our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational processes and possess 2-3 years of work experience. You'll be able to independently perform the duties of a mold designer and programmer, as the saying goes, "It's better to have a skill in hand than to be rich." Three months of study will surely benefit you for a lifetime.
