2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product styling, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards explanation, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.

3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, slide cores, ejectors, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product rational modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.

4. Provide CAD assembly drawings and UG assembly drawings; prepare BOM with 0 piece orders.

5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process. The instructor organizes evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Learning Content:

I. Basic Courses:

1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (with UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Tutorial 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding

II. Basic Applications of UG Machining Module:

1. Face Milling: Familiarize yourself with the application, cutting method, and main parameter settings for face milling.

2. Planar Milling: Familiarize with the application scenarios, classifications, cutting paths for different workpieces, settings of key parameters, and mastery

3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces, learn to select the right tooling for different sizes of workpieces. Cavity milling typically uses a following-the-contour cutting method, focusing on the setting and mastery of key parameters.

4. Reaming the mold cavity again: Mainly for processing the excess material left after rough cutting with the upper tool; setting and mastering of the main parameters.

5. Constant Contour Milling: Often used for precise finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and combined with topic exercises.

6. Curved Face Milling: Often used for the precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, usually selecting ball-end cutters for curved face milling. Main parameter settings and mastery, with example problems and topic exercises.

7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

III. Factory Case Studies:

1. Electrode Processing: Master the electrode processing procedures and fixture techniques through multiple electrode examples and practice. Pay attention to special points in the processing of electrodes like ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.

2. Molding Frame Processing: Proficient in molding frame processing techniques, experienced in handling oversized molding frames.

3. Molding Core Machining: Understanding of common molding core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for molding cores, and precautions during the processing of mating surfaces for front and back molding cores.

4. Complete Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions for the complete mold machining process, combining the common mold processing flow at the factory and the processing department.

5. Product Processing: Craftsmanship considerations and parameter settings during product processing.

Above learning content can be completed in about three months of full-time instruction.
