Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & CNC Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training, taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience. It follows a mentor-apprentice approach, offering hands-on instruction. The studio aims to convey the latest and most practical technologies to meet industry demands, striving to become a high-quality mold training brand and provide resources for the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you have an interest and are willing to work hard, it can be done, even with a junior high school education! There's this saying: "Learning has no set order, but those who reach the destination first are the ones who arrive first." As long as you find a good training institution and a good teacher to guide you, and engage in in-depth and systematic study, mold design is an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there will be molds, and as long as there are molds, there will be mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management in recent years, the mold industry in our country has developed rapidly, especially in the field of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly remarkable. The demand for talents is constantly increasing; for example, in the Pearl River Delta region, there is a shortage of several hundred thousand mold design professionals. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month yet still can't find suitable talents! Currently, the starting salary for mold designers from regular training is generally above 6,000 yuan, and after one year of work, the average salary is around 8,000 yuan. After three years, the salary is generally above 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you maintain your workability, you will never be unemployed in your lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design just by learning a couple of software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today, in fact, focus mainly on basic software operations, lacking industry technical knowledge! Misleading students! Our studio is led by engineers with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Ask yourself, how many training schools would hire instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors possess the three essential skills for mold design: a) mold mechanism, b) software operation, c) machining process.
2. Our studio operates through a mentorship system. Large training schools often have dozens, if not hundreds, of students, and how many can a teacher realistically attend to? Moreover, teachers are usually hired from outside; will they take the time to nurture your passion and teach you heartfully?
Are you still struggling to learn technology? Are you still working on the assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still slogging through books, creating solutions in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money! Opening a design training studio offers you such a great learning opportunity and environment – one you definitely shouldn't miss!
Eligible Candidates: Motivated youth, individuals with junior or senior high school education or higher, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold fitters, etc., as well as graduates from technical colleges...

Course Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, fundamental mold knowledge, machining processes, basic steps for drawing assembly drawings, and the application of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. 3D software command explanation, product design, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standard explanation, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold structure explanation (mold types, inclined cores, sliders, toothings, N times parting, etc.), demolding steps, rational product modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD drawings for mold components and UG drawings for mold components; prepare BOM with 0 pieces for ordering.
5. Comprehensive enhanced training, where students design according to the factory's design process. The instructor organizes evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Settings (with UG Sketch Example Explanation) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Instance Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Instruction 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding Division
Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Face Milling: Familiar with the application scenarios, cutting methods, and main parameter settings of face milling.
2. Planer Milling: Know the application, classification, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters.
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces. Learn to choose the right tools reasonably when the workpiece sizes vary. Cavity milling typically employs a contouring cutting method following the periphery, with emphasis on setting and mastering the main parameters.
4. Reaming of the mold cavity: Primarily focuses on processing the excess material left after roughing with the upper tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.
5. Parallel contour milling: commonly used for precision finishing on workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable tool based on the size of the R-angle at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation, and combined with topic exercises.
6. Contour Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically employing ball-end mills for contour milling. Focuses on parameter settings and mastery, with example problems explained and combined with practical exercises related to the topic.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

Section 3: Factory Case Study:
1. Electrode Processing: Master the electrode processing procedures and fixture techniques through multiple electrode examples and practice. Pay attention to special points in processing unique electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
