Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & CNC Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, it offers a mentorship approach with hands-on instruction, aligning with industry needs to convey the latest and most practical technologies. Our aim is to build a high-quality mold training brand and provide resources for the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you're interested and willing to work hard, it's possible! There's a saying: "Learning has no fixed order, but those who reach the destination first are the winners." With a good training institution and a skilled teacher to guide you, and through in-depth and systematic study, mold design can also be an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to learning mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there are molds, and as long as there are molds, there is a need for mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management in recent years, China's mold industry has developed rapidly, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly prominent. The demand for talents is increasing, and in the Pearl River Delta region, there is a shortage of several hundred thousand mold designers. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month yet still struggle to find suitable candidates! Now, mold designers with only basic training can earn more than 6,000 yuan per month, and after a year, most can earn around 8,000 yuan. After three years, wages are generally above 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of learning mold design! As long as you maintain your work ability, you will never be unemployed in your lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can learning one or two software programs make you a mold designer? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools, in fact, focus mainly on basic software operations and lack understanding of the industry's technology! Misleading students! Our studio is led by an engineer with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Can you name how many training schools would hire an instructor with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors possess the three essential skills for mold design: a. Mold mechanism, b. Software operation, c. Machining technology.
2. Our studio operates through a master-apprentice system. Large training schools may have dozens, if not hundreds, of students, but how many can a teacher truly attend to? Besides, teachers are hired from outside; would they take the time to nurture your hearts and souls in their teachings?
Are you still struggling to learn technical skills? Are you still working on the assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still studying textbooks, building your own knowledge in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money on unnecessary endeavors! Open a design training studio to create such a great learning opportunity and environment for you – something you definitely shouldn't miss!
Eligible Applicants: Motivated youth, individuals with junior or senior high school education or above, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold fitters, etc., as well as graduates from technical schools.

Class Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, basic mold knowledge, machining processes, fundamental steps for assembly drawing, and applications of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. Explanation of 3D software commands, product shaping, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, tilting cores, slides, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product reasonable modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD drawings for mold components and UG drawings for mold components; prepare BOM with 0 pieces for ordering.
5. Comprehensive enhanced training, where trainees design according to the factory's design process, with the teacher organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Learning Content:
I. Basic Course:
1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (with UG Sketch Example Explanation) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Instruction 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding Partition
Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Face Milling: Familiar with the application, cutting method, and main parameter settings of face milling.
2. Planer Milling: Be aware of the application scenarios, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, main parameter settings, and mastery of planer milling.
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing operations on workpieces. Learn to choose the right tooling when dealing with workpieces of varying sizes. Cavity milling generally employs a following-the-contour cutting method, focusing on the setup and mastery of key parameters.
4. Cavity Milling Refining Corners: Primarily focuses on machining the excess material left after rough cutting with the top tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.
5. Equal Contour Milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable tool based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation combined with topic exercises.
6. Curved Face Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, usually selecting a ball-end mill for curved face milling. Main parameter settings and control, example problems explained, combined with topic exercises.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

Section 3: Factory Case Study:
1. Electrode Processing: Gain proficiency through multiple electrode instance demonstrations and practice, mastering the electrode processing and fixture procedures. Pay attention to the special points of processing, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Mold Frame Machining: Proficient in mold frame machining processes, experienced in handling large-scale mold frame machining.
3. Molding Core Machining: Understanding common molding core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of excess material before heat treatment for molding cores, and precautions when machining the mating surfaces of the front and back molding cores.
