Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design and Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training, taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience. We offer a mentor-to-apprentice approach, teaching by hand, aligning with industry needs to convey the latest and most practical technologies. Our aim is to establish a high-quality mold training brand and provide resources to the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you're interested and willing to work hard, it can be done, even with a junior high school education! There's this saying: "Learning has no先后, but the adept comes first." As long as you find a good training institution and have a good teacher to guide you, and study deeply and systematically, mold design is also an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to studying mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there are molds, and as long as there are molds, there is a need for mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management in recent years, China's mold industry has developed rapidly, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly evident. The demand for talents is ever-increasing; for instance, the shortage of mold design personnel in the Pearl River Delta region alone is several hundred thousand. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month yet still struggle to find suitable candidates! Currently, the monthly salary for mold designers with basic training is generally above 6,000 yuan, and after one year of work, most can earn around 8,000 yuan. After three years, the salary is generally above 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of studying mold design! As long as you maintain your workability, you will never be unemployed in this lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can learning a couple of software programs make you proficient in mold design? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today primarily focus on basic software operations, lacking industry technical knowledge—misleading students! Our studio is led by engineers with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. Ask yourself: how many training schools would hire instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors possess the essential "three skills" for mold design: a) mold structure, b) software operation, c) machining technology.
2. Our studio operates through a master-apprentice system. Large training schools often have dozens, if not hundreds, of students, and how many can a teacher really attend to? Moreover, teachers are hired, after all; will they take the time to impart heart-to-heart teaching to you?
Are you still struggling to learn technology? Are you still working tirelessly on the assembly line in a repetitive, mechanical manner? Are you still slogging through books, working in isolation, or watching online videos? Stop wasting time and money! Open a design training studio for a fantastic learning opportunity and environment – something you definitely shouldn't miss!
Eligible Applicants: Aspiring youth, individuals with junior or senior high school education or higher, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold setters, etc., as well as graduates from technical colleges...

Course Schedule
UG Mold Design Stage Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, fundamental mold knowledge, processing techniques, basic steps for drawing assembly drawings, and applications of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. 3D software command tutorials, product shaping, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standards explanation, and applications of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold Structure Explanation (mold types, tilting cores, sliding cores, thread forming, N-time parting, etc.), demolding steps, product rational modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD and UG drawings for mold components, and prepare a BOM for 0 piece order.
5. Comprehensive enhancement training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with teachers organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Instruction 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding
II. Basic Applications of UG Machining Module:
1. Face Milling: Know the application, cutting method, and main parameter settings for face milling.
2. Planer Milling: Know the applications, classifications, cutting paths for different workpieces, and settings of main parameters.
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing operations on workpieces. Learn to choose the appropriate tools wisely as the size of the workpiece varies. Cavity milling generally uses a cutting path that follows the perimeter, with emphasis on setting and mastering the main parameters.
4. Re-clearing of cavity milling: Primarily for processing the excess material left after the roughing operation with the upper tool; setting and mastering of main parameters.
5. Level contour milling: Often used for precision finishing of workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable one based on the size of the R-radius at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation and combined with topic exercises.
6. Contour Milling: Often used for the precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically using ball-end mills. Main parameter settings and control, with example problems and exercises related to the topic.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.

III. Factory Case Studies:
1. Electrode Processing: Master the electrode processing procedures and fixture techniques through multiple electrode instance demonstrations and exercises. Pay attention to special points during the processing of electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Mold Frame Machining: Proficient in mold frame machining processes, experienced in handling large-scale mold frames.
3. Mold Core Machining: Understanding common mold core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of stock allowance before heat treatment for mold cores, and precautions when machining the mating surfaces of the front and back mold cores.
4. Full Mold Machining: Mastery of precautions during the full mold machining process, integrating the common mold processing flow at the factory and the processing department's flow.
5. Product Processing: Notes on processing techniques and parameter settings.

Completing the learning content in the above stage, through full-time instruction, takes approximately three months. Upon finishing our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational procedures and possess the experience equivalent to 2-3 years. You'll be able to independently perform as a mold design programmer. As the saying goes, "It's better to have a skill in hand than to be rich." Three months of study will surely benefit you for a lifetime.
