Xiamen Rongchang Mold Design & CNC Programming Training Studio is a professional training studio specializing in mold design and CNC programming training. Taught by a mold design engineer with 15 years of experience, the studio offers a mentorship approach with hands-on teaching. It aims to meet industry demands by conveying the latest and most practical technologies, striving to become a high-quality mold training brand and providing superior resources to the mold industry.
Can someone with a low education level learn mold design? As long as you're interested and willing to work hard, it's possible! There's a saying: "The wise learn from the beginning." With a good training institution and a skilled teacher, and through in-depth and systematic study, mold design can also be an easy subject to master.
Is there still an advantage to learning mold design? As the "mother of industry," molds have a vast development space. It can be said that as long as there are products, there will be molds, and as long as there are molds, there will be mold design. With the transformation of enterprises and the improvement of technology and management in recent years, the mold industry in our country has developed rapidly, especially in the fields of automotive molds and export molds, which is particularly significant. The demand for talents is ever-increasing, and the shortage of mold design personnel in the Pearl River Delta alone is several hundred thousand. Some companies are offering salaries over 10,000 yuan per month yet still struggle to find suitable candidates! Now, the starting salary for mold designers with basic training is generally over 6,000 yuan per month, and after one year of work, most can earn around 8,000 yuan. After three years, the salary is generally over 10,000 yuan; this is the advantage of learning mold design! As long as you maintain your workability, you will never be unemployed in this lifetime!
Our Studio's Training Advantages: Can you master mold design with just a few software programs? Don't confuse software training with mold design! Many training schools today mainly focus on basic software operations, with little understanding of the industry's technology—misleading students! Our studio is led by engineers with 15 years of experience in the mold industry. How many training schools can boast of having instructors with over a decade of experience?

Studio Advantages:
1. Our studio instructors possess the three essential skills for mold design: a) mold mechanisms, b) software operation, c) machining processes.
2. Our studio operates through a master-apprentice system. Large training schools often have dozens, if not hundreds, of students. How many can a teacher realistically attend to? Moreover, teachers are usually hired from outside; would they be inclined to impart heart-to-heart teaching to you?
Are you still struggling to learn a new skill? Are you still working on an assembly line, performing repetitive, mechanical tasks? Are you still slogging through textbooks, building your own solutions in isolation, or watching online tutorials? Stop wasting time and money! Opening a design training studio offers you such a great learning opportunity and environment – one you definitely shouldn't miss!
Eligible Candidates: Aspiring youth with high school or above education, or workers in the mold and machinery industry such as CNC operators, milling workers, mold fitters, etc., as well as graduates from technical schools...

Class Schedule
UG Mold Design Phase Learning Content:
1. Mechanical drafting, CAD software commands, fundamental mold knowledge, machining processes, basic steps for drawing assembly diagrams, and the application of CAD auxiliary modules.
2. 3D software command explanation, product shaping, product analysis, DFM creation, export mold standard explanation, and application of 3D auxiliary modules.
3. Mold structure explanation (mold types, tilting cores, slides, thread forming, N-parting, etc.), demolding steps, rational product modifications, product parting surface construction, demolding techniques, full 3D, complete 2D assembly drawings.
4. Provide CAD drawings for mold loose parts and UG drawings for mold loose parts; compile BOM with 0 piece order.
5. Comprehensive intensive training, where students design according to the factory's design process, with instructors organizing evaluations and summaries.

UG CNC Programming Stage Learning Content:
I. Basic Courses:
1. UG Installation and Interface Setup (UG Sketch Examples Explained) 2. Basic UG Modeling Commands 3. UG Curve Applications 4. UG Solid Modeling 5. UG Surface Patch Techniques 6. Product Example Explanation 7. UG Machining Module and Engineering Drawing Instruction 8. Assembly and Automatic Molding Partition
Section II: Basic Applications of UG Machining Module
1. Face Milling: Know the application, cutting method, and main parameter settings for face milling.
2. Flat Milling: Know the applications, classifications, cutting methods for different workpieces, and the setting of main parameters.
3. Cavity Milling: Commonly used for roughing out workpieces. Learn to choose the right tools appropriately for different sizes of workpieces. Cavity milling generally uses a cutting path that follows the perimeter, with emphasis on the setting and mastery of key parameters.
4. Re-clearing the corners with the cavity milling: Mainly for processing the excess material left after roughing with the upper tool; setting and mastering the main parameters.
5. Equal contour milling: Often used for precision finishing on workpiece sides. When selecting tools, choose a reasonable tool based on the size of the R-angle at the bottom of the workpiece. Main parameter settings and mastery, example explanation combined with topic exercises.
6. Curved Face Milling: Commonly used for precision finishing of workpiece surfaces, typically employing ball-end cutters for curved face milling. Focus on setting and mastering key parameters, with example problems explained and combined with practical exercises.
7. Hole Machining: Applications of G81 and G83.
III. Factory Case Studies:
1. Electrode Processing: Through multiple electrode examples, practice, and mastery, understand the electrode processing process and fixture installation. Pay attention to the key points for processing special electrodes, such as ultra-high and ultra-thin electrodes.
2. Molding Frame Processing: Proficient in molding frame processing techniques, experienced in handling oversized molding frames.
3. Molding Core Machining: Understanding common molding core materials, knowledge of mold heat treatment processes, control of excess stock before heat treatment for molding cores, and precautions when machining the mating surfaces of the front and back molding cores.
4. Full Mold Machining: Mastering the precautions during the full mold machining process, integrating the common mold processing flow of the factory and the department's processing flow.
5. Product Processing: Craft considerations and parameter settings during product processing.

The above learning content can be completed in about three months of full-time instruction. Upon completion of our course, you will be very familiar with the factory's operational procedures and possess 2-3 years of practical experience. You'll be able to independently perform the role of a mold designer and programmer. As the saying goes, 'Being wealthy is not as valuable as having a skill in hand.' Three months of study will surely benefit you for a lifetime.
