KDH-300F Tantalum Tube Welding Arc Melting FurnacePrimarily composed of an arc melting vacuum chamber, arc melting power supply, water-cooled copper crucible, tilting manipulator, vacuum suction casting unit, working gas circuit, system evacuation, vacuum measurement and electrical control system, and installation equipment, etc.

1. Arc Melting Vacuum Chamber: The vertical cylindrical design of the vacuum chamber is simple yet aesthetically pleasing. It features KF quick-connect interfaces on the side for the installation of vacuum valves and auxiliary measuring components. A small furnace door is located at the front of the vacuum chamber, which opens to the side for easy loading and unloading. An observation window is present on the small furnace door for monitoring the furnace condition during the melting process. The top is a circular sealed double-layer water-cooled lid, with a hole for the electrode rod to rise and lower.

2. Lift Mechanism: Equipped with water-cooling design, featuring quick installation at the head for easy replacement of electrode tungsten rod. The upper seal is designed with a spherical socket, allowing smooth rotation around the electrode circumference without jamming. The lift mechanism is electrically operated, comprising a motor and reducer for stable operation. Additionally, the operation buttons are conveniently located on the lift rod's rotating handle, ensuring easy and portable operation.

3. Water-Cooled Copper Crucible: The crucible furnace bottom features a double-sided water-cooling design. The crucible is designed with 5 stations, including one casting station, one melting and degassing station, and three refining stations. Equipped with a casting mold and a sliding fitting design for easy disassembly and material retrieval.

4. Flipper Robot Arm: The flipper robot arm also features a spherical socket design for easy rotation and material flipping.

5. Electric Control System: Electrical components are of Siemens, Schneider, and other brands. The control cabinet features an operation simulation screen for easy learning and operation. It is equipped with a simple and intuitive smelting current indicator, electromagnetic stirring indicator, fault indicator lights, etc.

Vacuum Systems & Measurement: The vacuum system utilizes a two-stage pump and vacuum valves, operates in an pneumatic mode, with all valves featuring quick-installation designs for easy disassembly. The vacuum system is independently designed and installed on a portable mounting platform, facilitating installation alignment and use by other equipment. Vacuum measurement is performed with a compound vacuum gauge, with digital display. Expandable communication modes available.
