I. Applications of Vacuum Hot Press Sintering Furnaces:

This series of vacuum furnaces is designed for periodic operation, utilizing high-purity graphite components, high-quality molybdenum wire and sheet components, and tungsten wire and mesh as heating elements. Suitable for metal materials and inorganic non-metallic materials, it is ideal for pressure sintering under vacuum or protective atmosphere to achieve high-density products. It is used for pressure sintering of metals, boron nitride ceramics, transparent ceramics, metal alloys, brazing and welding, and can also be used for sintering and purification of optical materials under vacuum or protective atmosphere.

II. Features of Vacuum Hot Press Sintering Furnaces:

1. Integrated design, compact structure, attractive appearance, comes with a dolly wheel for easy and quick relocation.

2. Features a front-side door design, with a clever structure for ease of use and smooth movement, making loading and unloading materials convenient.

The pressure mode utilizes both servo electric and transmission hydraulic options, controlled by servo motors, offering both pressure and position control. The operating pressure accuracy reaches the kilogram level, with position control down to 0.001mm, ensuring smooth and precise operation without exceeding pressure limits.

4. Displacement measurement is achieved directly through motor rotation encoders, with accuracy up to 0.001mm, and up to 0.02mm with the use of a grating尺.

Touchscreen + PLC control method, high degree of automation, intuitive operation, and powerful functions.

6. Features online editing, storage, retrieval, upload, and download of processes, with the touch screen capable of pre-storing dozens of sintering processes. One-time editing allows for direct retrieval and use later, eliminating the hassle of multiple edits and reducing the risk of input errors and product damage. 7. Sintering temperature, vacuum level, and other data can be recorded in real-time and can be started or stopped at any time, reducing unnecessary data. Data is searchable and can be exported for download. 8. High sintering temperatures are achieved using molybdenum wire heating elements, reaching up to 1600°C, while graphite and tungsten heating elements can reach 2300°C and above.

Self-contained water-cooled unit, eliminating the hassle of water piping work for the customer.
