Vacuum Remelting Furnace & Multi-functional Sample Melting Machine Equipment Applications:

Preparation of samples for direct-reading spectrometers and X-ray fluorescence spectrometers (such as various metals, ores, oxides, and iron alloys), as well as for metal alloy melting and preparation, high-temperature vacuum melting, sintering, and casting of inorganic materials.

Section II: Vacuum Remelting Furnace, Multi-functional Melting Sample Machine Product Features:

1. Operation utilizes a touch screen and PLC controller, enabling full automation of melting power, heating time, swing angle/speed, and vacuum/purge functions, including automatic inflation and deflation. It also features infrared temperature monitoring for samples. Achieves one-touch control of the entire sample melting process.

2. Fast melting rate, 3-15 minutes per batch (depending on material)

3. The melting process features both spin and swing functions, ensuring the resulting molten samples are uniform and reducing the occurrence of product segregation.

3. Programmable step-by-step temperature increase (power control) with infrared temperature measurement for convenient adaptation to different material melting conditions. According to your process requirements, once the heating or cooling process is pre-set, the equipment will automatically perform melting according to this process.

4. Suitable for use in various environments: melting alloy materials under atmospheric conditions, protective atmosphere, and high vacuum.

5. Equipped with process editing, storage, and call functions, allowing for online editing, storage, and retrieval of processes. Process storage can accommodate 10 to 20 or more, as per customer requirements.

6. The furnace features a full stainless steel structure. A digital display gauge is installed on the front panel of the equipment for easy monitoring of high-frequency induction current and vacuum state readings. The furnace cover is equipped with a double-layer water-cooling structure to ensure the surface temperature of the furnace is below 35℃.
