Recently, our Henan Kustar Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. successfully developed and produced a 21-station vacuum arc melting furnace for a client. This furnace is used for the mass production of high-temperature metal alloy button ingots. The product features a multi-station design with rotating station adjustments, capable of producing 20 button ingots in one go within 20 minutes, making it suitable for processing bulk orders. The specific product parameters are as follows:
Model: KDH-1000
Arc Melting Chamber: Vertical cylindrical vacuum chamber
3. Vacuum System Configuration: 2X-30 mechanical pump, high-purity air actuated butterfly valve, resistance vacuum gauge.
4. Ultimate cold vacuum ≤ 10 Pa
5. Melting Current: Rated Current ≤ 1000A
6. Melting Crucibles: Equipped with rotatable button-type water-cooled copper crucibles (20 units of 60*30 hemispherical positions), with a capacity of 100g (sample weight, density 4.8g/cm³) per crucible, featuring a material flipping mechanism for re-melting and transferring samples.
8. Working Gas: Argon (Ar)
Chamber Size: 600*400mm (D*H)
Arc Melting Cathode Unit: Ignition method is high-frequency arc ignition
10. Electrode rods and mechanical arms utilize ball seal mechanisms for simplicity and effectiveness; electrode rods feature electric lifting and lowering for convenient operation.
11. The bell door design facilitates easy loading and unloading, eliminating the inconvenience of opening the furnace lid. The door features an operational observation window and a cleaning and wiping device for easy removal of lens contaminants.
