The PS series fire hoses are a new multi-functional fire extinguishing equipment made of high-pressure and high-strength material combinations.The cannon nozzle is designed with a flow guidance principle, featuring high flow rate, concentrated water flow, long range, multiple functions, and can be used for both direct stream and spray jet. The flow rate can be adjusted within the range of (30~50 L/S) according to requirements. It operates flexibly and conveniently, allowing both horizontal and tilting rotations of the cannon body, and it can also lock and secure its position, benefiting the evacuation of operators from the scene and facilitating unmanned operation.
1. Rotate the flow control sleeve, insert the throttle positioning block hook into the corresponding slot for the desired flow value, and adjust the flow.
2. Turn the spray nozzle clockwise to adjust to a direct jet setting, and counter-clockwise to adjust to a mist setting.
3. Rotate the handle to adjust the jet direction; simply lock the handle if personnel leave.
4. When spraying, do so with the wind, for better and fully realized fire-fighting performance.
1. Fire cannons should be operated within the specified pressure range.
2. Regularly inspect the cannon's integrity and operational flexibility. If any fasteners are loose or deformed, they should be repaired promptly to ensure the cannon remains in good working condition.
3. The ball valve on the fire monitor should be opened or closed within the specified operating pressure range to prevent damage and deformation to the ball valve and sealing components.
4. After each use, spray for a while with clean water, then drain all the water from the cannon. In extremely cold winter areas, it is especially important to ensure no water remains in the fire cannon to prevent freezing and damage.
5. Use clean water to avoid damage to the ball valve or clogging of the fire monitor.
6. The fire monitor's rotating parts should be regularly lubricated to ensure smooth operation.
7. Absolutely no personnel are allowed to stand at the nozzle during the jetting operation.
8. Fire cannons should not be used to extinguish fires at electrically charged facilities to prevent electric shock.
9. Keep the quick-release rain cover on during normal use.
