Portable semi-fixed foam fire extinguishing units are primarily used in underground parking garages, chemical storage warehouses, boiler rooms, ships, gas stations, power plants, and other similar facilities. They can serve as supplements to fixed foam fire extinguishing systems or operate independently as semi-fixed foam fire extinguishing systems. Composed of foam liquid storage tanks, vacuum-type proportioning mixers, hand-pushed wheels, PQ foam guns, fire hoses, and foam liquid control valves. Flow rate: 4-8 (L/S), foam tank capacity: 100L-1000L. Mixing ratio: 3% or 6%.
II. Working Principle
Semi-fixed (Portable) Foam Fire Extinguishing EquipmentDuring fire extinguishing, the quick connectors at both ends of the pressure-reducing ratio mixer connect the fire hose to the foam gun and the fire hydrant to the fire water source. As the fire water flows through the ratio mixer of the portable foam tank, a vacuum is formed inside the ratio mixer. The foam extinguishing agent enters the ratio mixer through the suction pipe, mixes with the fire water, and forms a foam mixture of a certain ratio. When the foam mixture flows to the foam gun, due to the foam gun's ability to draw in air, it causes the foam mixture to foam, achieving the effect of foam fire extinguishing.
