There are certain risks associated with pressure seal plugging construction, so safety education must be conducted during daily construction. This is primarily due to the following potential safety hazards, especially in pressure seal plugging construction.
1. If the pressure in the equipment or pipeline is too high or unstable, the sealant will fail to cure effectively during the injection, packaging, and molding processes, which essentially means a failure in blocking pressure.
2. If incorrect materials are chosen during assembly or if the sealed cavity cannot effectively vent or divide, insufficient sealed cavity resistance leads to a sudden increase in internal pressure, causing the sealed cavity to explode and resulting in injury. Material selection is crucial. Particularly important is that pressure measurement must be accurate.
3. When equipment and pipelines contain flammable or explosive materials, the risk of sparks occurring due to changes in leakage flow and pressure blockages is present. The structure of the pressure blockages should be noted for safety. Protective suits and measures must greatly assist in blocking the pressure. Construction workers must be trained to use them.
