I. Basic Requirements:
Maintain a clean site
2. Post "No Smoking" signs around the grass area.
3. No motor vehicles or heavy objects allowed in the sports area.
4. Reduce cleaning frequency to avoid cleaning during high temperatures
5. Provide sufficient trash bins
6. Manage site usage
7. Promptly repair minor damages
II. Cleaning and Maintenance:
1. Thoroughly vacuum up paper, fruit shells, and other debris immediately after the event.
2. Twice a month, use a *** bristle brush to comb through the grass seedlings, clearing away dirt, leaves, and other debris from the lawn.
3. Flatten quartz sand or rubber granules once monthly or after frequent competitions using ***'s rake.
4. Dust on the grass can be washed away during rain or by artificial cleaning.
5. During the summer heat, sprinkle the lawn with water to cool it down, ensuring athletes remain cool and comfortable.
Section 3: Stain Removal
1. Juice, milk, ice cream, bloodstains, and other "watery" stains should first be wiped with soapy water, then rinsed thoroughly with clean water. If needed, dry with a towel with strong absorbency.
2. Shoe polish, sunscreen, ballpoint pen ink, etc., can be wiped with a sponge dipped in full chloride, and then dried with a towel with strong absorbency.
3. Paraffin, asphalt, and bitumen; wipe with force or use a sponge dipped in full chlorine.
4. Nail polish, can be wiped off.
5. Paints and coatings can be cleaned with turpentine or paint remover and water. Then rinse the cleaner with cold water, scrub vigorously, and wipe with a sponge soaked in full chlorine.
6. Chewing gum, which can be jetted into small pieces using Freon and then the residue can be cleaned off.
7. Fungal spots or mold can be treated by adding 1% hydrogen peroxide to water, then wiping the area and soaking it with water.
Four: Inspection and Repairs
1. Carefully inspect for any loose seams and check if the entire turf bottom is damaged, torn, or burned. For large repairs, contact the installation company promptly.
2. The washing and sweeping during heavy rain may cause a slight loss of filling material. To fill in the gaps, sprinkle some quartz sand and rubber granules, then sweep them into the turf.
V. Prohibited Items:
1. Smoking, crushing, and welding within the facility.
2. Littering the venue with gum, fruit peels, snacks, juice drinks, oil stains, etc.
3. Vehicles such as cars and motorcycles, as well as heavy loads, are permitted into the site.
4. Use improper footwear or sports equipment such as spikes or javelins.
5. Use chemical cleaning agents.
