Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process:
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash piping lines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, and the ash water flows in a loop for cleaning within the pipes. As the acid washing reaches a certain level, the acidic solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is offline, and it is complex and costly.
No two gray pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only a single gray pipe should be used for open-loop cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the gray pipe to the cleaning unit and continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the mixing tank, which is then injected into the gray pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires additional cleaning equipment during shutdown, resulting in higher costs.
This process involves continuously injecting a certain amount of acid solution while the ash pipe is operating normally without interruption. Simultaneously, a specific quantity of ash-pipe-running cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaling agent are added for open-loop cleaning. The primary role of the cleaning additive is to promote the reaction between the acid solution and ash deposits at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also enhancing its solubility in water, reducing the occurrence of gas blockages, and ensuring the quality of ash-pipe cleaning.
