Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process:
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash removal pipelines to form a circuit, which, together with the cleaning pump station, creates a recirculation system. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added and circulated through the ash water pipes for cleaning. As the acid washing reduces to a certain extent, the acid solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation circuit for cleaning. This process must be carried out during shutdown and is complex, with higher costs.
No two ash pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only single-pipe open-loop cleaning is allowed. The method involves connecting one end of the ash pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a specific concentration of cleaning solution in the mixing tank, and then continuously or intermittently injecting it into the ash pipe. This process requires adding cleaning equipment during shutdown, which increases costs.
