Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process:
Recirculation cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash piping lines to form a circuit, creating a closed-loop system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, allowing it to circulate and clean within the ash water pipes. As the acid washing reaches a certain level, the solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to create a recirculation circuit for cleaning. This process must be carried out when the system is offline, and it is complex and costly.

No two gray pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only a single gray pipe should be used for open circuit cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the gray pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the mixing tank, and then continuously or intermittently injecting it into the gray pipe. This process requires the addition of cleaning equipment during shutdown, resulting in higher costs.
