Chemical descaling process:
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel descaling pipelines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. It involves adding a certain concentration of acidic solution, which circulates through the sludge water pipes for cleaning. As the acid cleaning reaches a certain level, the acidic solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single sludge water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to create a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down, and it is complex and costly.

No two grey pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only a single grey pipe should be used for open circuit cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the grey pipe to the cleaning device, continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the fluid tank, and injecting it into the grey pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires additional cleaning equipment during shutdown, resulting in higher costs.

The process involves continuously injecting a certain amount of acidic solution while the ash pipe is operating normally and not stopped, simultaneously adding a certain quantity of ash-pipe running cleaning inhibitor and pipeline cleaning stripping agent, and performing open-circuit cleaning. The primary role of the cleaning additive is to promote the reaction between the acidic solution and the ash scale at a specific concentration and flow rate, while also enhancing its solubility in water, reducing the formation of gas blockages, and ensuring the quality of ash-pipe cleaning.
