Chemical cleaning and scaling removal process:
Recirculating closed-loop cleaning
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel deslagging pipelines to form a loop, creating a circulating system with the cleaning pump station. A solution of a certain concentration of acidity is added, which circulates within the sludge water pipeline for cleaning. As the acid cleaning decreases to a certain level, the solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single sludge water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculating loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out when the system is shut down, and it is complex and costly.

Open Channel Cleaning
No two grey pipes can form a loop during cleaning; only single grey pipe open-loop cleaning is allowed. The method involves connecting one end of the grey pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the dosing tank, and then injecting it into the grey pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires additional cleaning equipment during shutdown, leading to higher costs.
Continuous cleaning without downtime
The process involves continuously injecting a specific amount of acidic solution while also introducing a certain quantity of slurry pipeline cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaler. This is done for open circuit cleaning. The main function of the cleaning aids is to facilitate the reaction between the acidic solution and scale in a solution with specific concentration and flow rate, while also enhancing its solubility in water, reducing air blockage, and ensuring the quality of slurry pipeline cleaning.
The procedure is: Before cleaning, estimate the required acid quantity based on the total scale in the pipeline, then calculate the acid addition rate and sludge transport pipeline's cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaler injection speed based on the grey water flow rate and acidity. During cleaning, collect and test the acidity at the sampling point at the front end of the grey pipeline every 30 minutes, and strictly control the acidity by adjusting the acid flow rate. In the later stage of cleaning, test the pH value at the end of the grey pipeline every 15 minutes. When the pH value reaches a certain level and remains unchanged for 30 minutes, the cleaning can be considered complete.

2. High-pressure water jet cleaning equipment

Pipe Scale
(1) Categorized by chemical composition, they include carbonate scale, sulfate scale, silicate scale, and mixed scale. The main components of carbonate scale are calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate; the main components of sulfate scale and silicate scale are calcium sulfate and silicate compounds, respectively. Mixed scale is usually a mixture of the three types mentioned above.
