Recirculating Closed Loop Cleaning

Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash piping lines to form a loop, creating a circulation system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, which circulates through the ash water pipes for cleaning. As the acid washing decreases to a certain level, the acidic solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down, and it is complex and costly.

No two gray pipes can form a loop during cleaning; only a single gray pipe can be used for open-circuit cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the gray pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the mixture tank, and injecting it into the gray pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires additional cleaning equipment during shutdown, resulting in higher costs.

Continuous operation cleaning

This process involves continuously injecting a certain amount of acidic solution while operating the ash conveying pipes, simultaneously adding a specific quantity of ash conveying pipe cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaling agent for open-circuit cleaning. The primary function of the cleaning aids is to promote the reaction between the acidic solution and ash deposits at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also increasing its solubility in water and reducing the formation of air blockages, ensuring the quality of ash pipe cleaning.

The procedure is as follows: Before cleaning, first estimate the required acid quantity based on the total scale in the pipeline. Then, calculate the acid addition rate and the flow rate of the ash removal agent and pipeline descaler according to the flow rate and acidity of the gray water. During the cleaning process, take a sample every 30 minutes at the sampling point at the front of the ash pipe to test the acidity, and strictly control the acidity by adjusting the flow rate of acid addition. In the later stage of cleaning, take a sample every 15 minutes at the end of the ash pipe to test the pH value. When the pH value reaches a certain level and remains unchanged for 30 minutes, the cleaning process can be considered complete.

2. High-pressure water jet cleaning equipment
