Recirculating Closed Loop Cleaning
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash piping lines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. A solution of a certain concentration is added, and it circulates within the ash water pipeline for cleaning. Additionally, as the acid washing process reaches a certain point, acid is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out during shutdown, and it is complex and costly.
Open-channel cleaning
No two gray pipes can form a loop during cleaning; only a single gray pipe can be used for open-loop cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the gray pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the liquid preparation tank, and then injecting it into the gray pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires adding cleaning equipment while the system is shut down, which increases the cost.

Non-stop cleaning
The process involves continuously injecting a certain amount of acidic solution while operating the ash conveying pipes, simultaneously adding a specific quantity of ash conveying pipe cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaling agent for open circuit cleaning. The primary function of the cleaning aids is to facilitate the reaction between the acidic solution and ash deposits at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also enhancing its solubility in water and reducing the occurrence of airlock, ensuring the quality of ash pipe cleaning.
The procedure is as follows: Prior to cleaning, estimate the required acid amount based on the total scale in the pipeline. Then, calculate the acid addition rate and the flow rate for the injection of the corrosion inhibitor and pipeline cleaner stripper based on the sludge water flow rate and acidity. During cleaning, take a sample at the front end of the sludge pipe every 30 minutes to test the acidity, and strictly control the acidity by adjusting the acid flow rate. In the later stage of cleaning, take a sample at the end of the sludge pipe every 15 minutes to test the pH value. When the pH value reaches a certain level and remains unchanged for 30 minutes, the cleaning can be considered complete.

2. High-pressure water jet cleaning equipment

3. Pipe Scale
(1) Classified by chemical composition, it can be divided into carbonate scale, sulfate scale, silicate scale, and mixed scale, etc. The main components of carbonate scale are calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate; the main components of sulfate scale and silicate scale are calcium sulfate and silicate compounds, respectively; mixed scale is usually a mixture of the above three types of scales.
