Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash discharge pipelines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. It introduces a solution of a certain acidity concentration, allowing it to circulate and clean within the ash water pipes. As the acid washing process reaches a certain point, more acid solution is continuously added. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be installed to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down, and it is complex and costly.

No two ash pipes can form a loop during cleaning; only single-pipe open circuit cleaning is allowed. The method involves connecting one end of the ash pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a specific concentration of cleaning solution in the fluid tank, and injecting it into the ash pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires adding cleaning equipment while the system is shutdown, resulting in higher costs.

The process involves continuously injecting a specific amount of acidic solution while operating the ash conveying pipes, simultaneously introducing a certain quantity of ash conveying pipeline cleaning inhibitor and pipeline cleaning descaler. This is an open-circuit cleaning method.
