Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process

Recirculation cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash pipeline lines to form a loop, creating a circulating system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, which circulates within the ash water pipeline for cleaning. Additionally, as the acid washing reaches a certain level, acid solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a circulating loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is offline, and it is complex and costly.

No two ash pipes can form a loop during cleaning; only a single ash pipe should be used for open circuit cleaning.
