Recirculating Closed Loop Cleaning
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel deslagging pipelines to form a loop with the cleaning pump station, introducing a certain concentration of acidic solution. This solution circulates within the sludge water pipes, cleaning as it flows. Additionally, acid is continuously replenished as the acid washing process reaches a certain level. For short-distance single sludge water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to create a recirculating loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is offline, and it is complex and costly.

Open road cleaning
No two ash pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only single-pipe open-loop cleaning is allowed. The method involves connecting one end of the ash pipe to the cleaning device, continuously preparing a specific concentration of cleaning solution in the solution tank, and injecting it into the ash pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires adding cleaning equipment while the system is shutdown, which is costly.
Non-stop cleaning
The process involves continuously injecting a specific amount of acidic solution while simultaneously introducing a certain quantity of slurry pipe operation cleaning inhibitor and pipeline cleaning descaler for open-loop cleaning. The primary function of the cleaning aids is to promote the reaction between the acidic solution and the ash scale at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also increasing its solubility in water, reducing the occurrence of air blockage, and ensuring the quality of ash pipe cleaning.
The procedure is as follows: Before cleaning, first estimate the required acid amount based on the total scale in the pipeline. Then, calculate the acid addition rate and the flow rate of the sludge pipeline by considering the flow rate of the gray water and the acidity. During cleaning, take a sample at the front end of the sludge pipeline every 30 minutes to test the acidity and strictly control it by adjusting the flow rate of acid addition. In the later stage of cleaning, take a sample at the end of the sludge pipeline every 15 minutes to test the pH value. When the pH value reaches a certain level and remains unchanged for 30 minutes, the cleaning can be deemed complete.

2. High-pressure water jet cleaning machinery:
High-pressure water jet cleaning offers advantages such as high efficiency, low cost, non-damaging to workpieces, environmental friendliness, ease of operation, and safety.
Advantages of high-pressure water technology include:
(1) Excellent Cleaning Quality: The high-pressure water jet cleaning of pipes and the internal holes of heat exchangers can completely remove scale and blockages inside, revealing the metal substrate. With immense energy and moving at supersonic speed, the high-pressure water jet is fully capable of destroying hard scale and blockages without causing any damage to the metal.
Since the pressure of high-pressure water is less than the compressive strength grade of metal, high-pressure cleaning will not damage the base being cleaned.
(2) Fast Cleaning Speed: Due to the combined crushing effects of water jet washing, splitting, shearing, and grinding, scaling can be quickly broken and removed, making the cleaning speed several to ten times faster than traditional chemical methods, sandblasting, simple mechanical, and manual methods.

(1) Categorizing by chemical composition, there are carbonate scale, sulfate scale, silicate scale, and mixed scale, among others. (2) Categorized by physical properties, there are two types: scale that firmly adheres to the pot shell and pipe walls, and sediment that is loosely textured and easily detached.
Scale primarily forms due to the salts like calcium and magnesium in the boiler feed water that precipitate and adhere to the metal surface upon heating. The thermal conductivity of scale is very low, approximately 2 to 5 times that of ordinary steel. When scale accumulates on the boiler's heating surface, it significantly worsens the heat transfer efficiency, affecting the boiler's performance; it can easily lead to the deterioration of metal materials due to localized overheating, potentially causing tube explosion accidents; it also accelerates galvanic corrosion, leading to pipeline scale corrosion and speeding up the damage to the heating surface. Once scale forms, it should be promptly removed using mechanical or chemical methods.
