Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash piping lines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. It introduces a solution of a certain acidity concentration, which circulates through the ash water pipes for cleaning. As the acid washing reduces to a certain level, the solution is continuously replenished with acid. For short-distance single ash water pipes, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is offline, and it is complex and costly.
