Chemical descaling cleaning process:
Recirculating Closed Loop Cleaning
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel deslagging pipelines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. A solution of a certain acidity concentration is added, which circulates through the sludge water pipeline for cleaning. Additionally, as the acid cleaning decreases to a certain level, the solution is continuously replenished with acid. For short-distance single sludge water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out during shutdown and is complex and costly.

Open Road Cleaning
No two ash pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only a single ash pipe should be used for open-loop cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the ash pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a specific concentration of cleaning solution in the dosing tank, and then injecting it into the ash pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires adding cleaning equipment during shutdown, which increases costs.
Continuous operation cleaning
This process involves continuously injecting a certain amount of acidic solution while operating, without interrupting the normal ash transportation in the ash pipe. Simultaneously, a specific quantity of ash-pipe-running cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaling agent is added for open-circuit cleaning. The primary function of the cleaning additive is to promote the reaction between the acidic solution and ash deposits at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also increasing its solubility in water and reducing the formation of air blockages, ensuring the quality of ash pipe cleaning.
The procedure is as follows: Before cleaning, first estimate the required acid amount based on the total scale in the pipeline. Then, calculate the acid addition rate and the flow rate of the sludge pipe operation by considering the flow rate of the gray water and the acidity. During cleaning, collect samples at the sampling point at the front end of the sludge pipe every 30 minutes to test the acidity and strictly control it by adjusting the flow rate of acid addition. In the later stage of cleaning, collect samples at the end of the sludge pipe every 15 minutes to test the pH value. When the pH value reaches a certain level and remains unchanged for 30 minutes, the cleaning can be considered complete.

2. High-pressure water jet cleaning equipment
High-pressure water jet cleaning offers advantages such as high efficiency, low cost, non-damaging to workpieces, environmental friendliness, ease of operation, and safety.

Pipe Scale
(1) Categorized by chemical composition, they include carbonate scale, sulfate scale, silicate scale, and mixed scale. The main components of carbonate scale are calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate; the primary components of sulfate and silicate scales are calcium sulfate and silicate compounds, respectively. Mixed scale is usually a mixture of the above three types.

(2) Categorized by physical properties, there are two types: scale that is firmly adhered to the pot shell and tube walls, and sediment that is loosely textured and easily detachable.
Lime scale primarily forms due to the salts of calcium and magnesium in the boiler feed water precipitating and adhering to the metal surface upon heating. The thermal conductivity of lime scale is very low, around 2 to 5 times that of ordinary steel. Lime scale on the boiler heating surface greatly deteriorates heat transfer efficiency and affects the boiler's performance; it can easily cause metal materials to burn due to localized overheating, potentially leading to pipe explosion accidents; it also accelerates galvanic corrosion, causing pipeline lime scale corrosion and speeding up the damage to the heating surface. Once lime scale forms, it should be removed promptly using mechanical or chemical methods.
