Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process
Circulating cleaning involves utilizing two existing parallel deslagging pipelines to form a circuit with the cleaning pump station. A solution of a certain concentration of acidity is added, which circulates through the sludge water pipes for cleaning. As the acid cleaning reaches a certain level, acid is continuously replenished. For short-distance single sludge water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a circulating loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down, and it is complex and costly.
No two grey pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only a single grey pipe should be used for open circuit cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the grey pipe to the cleaning device, continuously preparing a specific concentration of cleaning solution in the mixing tank, and then injecting it into the grey pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires additional cleaning equipment during shutdown, resulting in higher costs.
The process involves continuously injecting a specific amount of acidic solution while also introducing a certain quantity of slurry pipeline cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaler. This is done for open-loop cleaning. The primary role of the cleaning aid is to facilitate the reaction between the acidic solution and the slag deposits at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also enhancing its solubility in water, reducing air blockage, and ensuring the quality of slag pipe cleaning.
