Chemical descaling process:
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash pipeline sections to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. A solution of a certain acidity concentration is added, which circulates within the ash water pipeline for cleaning. As the acid washing reduces to a certain level, the solution is continuously replenished with acid. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down, and it is complex and costly.
