Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two original parallel ash removal pipelines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. As the acid cleaning reaches a certain level, the solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is offline, and it is complex and costly.
No two ash pipes can form a loop during cleaning; only single-pipe open circuit cleaning is allowed. The method involves connecting one end of the ash pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a specific concentration of cleaning solution in the liquid tank, and then continuously or intermittently injecting it into the ash pipe.
